M. Christian Scharosch is a Managing Partner at Ubiquity Partners, as well as a member of the Ubiquity Board and Investment Committee.
Christian also serves as a Vice President for the Bicknell Family Holding Company (BFHC) where he is responsible for all facets of the firm’s day-to-day operations, including investment activities. Christian sits on the Investment Committee for BFHC and many of its controlled affiliates where he plays a key role in sourcing, executing and managing all investment opportunities.
Previously, Christian was a Partner at the manager of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust (NYSE: CORR), a publicly listed real estate investment trust, where he oversaw tax, valuation and M&A/corporate development. In addition, he advised real estate investment trusts, funds and partnerships on tax matters related to acquisitions and dispositions. Christian began his career at MarksNelson where he was involved in tax, business valuation and litigation support.
Christian is an active member of 2019-2020 KC Tomorrow Leadership Program, a selective program designed by the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City to focus on the region’s most pressing issues, opportunities, and challenges.
Christian received a BS and MS in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax and minor in Economics from the University of Kansas.
